Media registration for those wishing to cover the Mekong Media Forum is free of charge. To register as a media representative, please submit the media registration form and the following credentials:
• a photocopy or scanned copy of valid press card/official media credentials
• letter of assignment to the Forum on the official letterhead of the media organisation for which you work.
Freelance journalists must submit copies of three (3) bylined articles in addition to the media registration form and official letter of assignment from the media they will be reporting for.
Newsletter writers and editors must submit three (3) issues of their newsletters, containing at least one by-lined article on Mekong and regional issues by the applicant/s, in addition to the media registration form and letter of assignment.
Registration forms should be sent with the subject line: Media Accreditation for MMF to the email address secretariat@mekongmediaforum.net by Nov. 2, 2009. Supporting documents sent via snail mail or courier must also be sent to the following address and postmarked Nov. 2, 2009:

Registered media representatives will have access to all Forum sessions and workshops, satellite sessions and exhibit areas. Journalists are encouraged to register early. For queries, write to secretariat@mekongmediaforum.net.
