The Mekong Media Forum programme has made available spaces for satellite sessions from Dec. 9-12, 2009.
The Forum welcomes satellite sessions that keep to the general character and purpose of the event. The slots for such sessions can be seen in the programme.
Such sessions will be fully organised and coordinated by the organisation hosting the satellite meeting – such as private organisations, international development agencies and institutions, government and media agencies and non-government organisations.
The fees for booking these slots would depend on room capacity, organisers’ needs and technical equipment.
Proposals for Satellite Sessions
Applications for a satellite meeting should be submitted by email to the Secretariat using this form. The deadline for proposals to host a satellite session is Oct. 15, 2009.
